Our Process
Prestige Care Solutions offers a care team that is available to receive your inquiry and discuss your care needs. We will carefully review your requirements and provide you with information on our services, as well as an estimate of costs, to ensure that you have all the necessary details to make an informed decision.
An assessor will visit you in your home to conduct an assessment, following which we will present you with a fully costed care package.
We work in close collaboration with you and your family to finalise your care package and identify the most suitable carer. Our team will take you through the selection process and arrange for you to meet with the carer(s) before offering you the best match.
We only begin service once all the stakeholders have agreed to the care package and carer selection. At Prestige Care Solutions, we take pride in providing high-quality care services that improve your quality of life. So, when we have finalised your care package and carer, we are excited to begin your service.
Funding your care
Receiving comprehensive care at home can be affordable with government financial support. You may qualify for funds from your local authority or the NHS Continuing Healthcare Team if you meet the means-tested assessment criteria. The following is available:
Personal Budget: A lump sum to cover healthcare costs, which can be accepted as a direct payment or allocated to a trust fund.
Personal Health Budget: An allowance given to individuals with recognised health concerns, with three options to choose from.
Individual Budget: A more flexible option, including various types of support services.
Direct Budget: Complete control over your care package and provider, with finances given directly to you.
